The Guinea Pig (GP) is a rodent. They came from Andes of South America. They have no any special or close related to pigs.
They are a popular pet because they are friendly and easy to take care. Guinea pigs are normally bigger than Hamsters. Their sizes are around a large potato. Guinea pigs have 4 legs but no tail while Hamsters have 2 hands, 2 feet and a short tail.
Hamsters are rodents, popular small house pets. They like to eat seeds, fruits, and vegetables.
They have poor eyesight (nearsighted and colorblind). Most hamster are strictly solitary. If housed together they may have stress and may fight fiercely and fatally. They can live just around few years.
